Another new release for you today!

I love a book that answers questions in a kid friendly way. Sometimes I get stuck for words and over complicate things when I'm trying to explain them, because I'm an adult and I know the answer!

Where does my food go? - This one is a great lift the flap which explains why we eat, how we eat and what to eat! With everything from why we chew food, to why we need minerals, there is a flap to every question.

This week I'm talking about new releases! I haven't really shared what August had to offer, so let's get it out there before the month is over!

Don't worry about a thing!

Kids feel stress and worry, just like us adults do. They just aren't quite as good at communicating and understanding those feelings. I absolutely love this set and what these books bring to kids. Mindfulness is great for kids - get them into good habits while they're young.
