Due to a change in personal circumstances I’ve made the decision to leave HOGA SHOP with immediate effect.

I will continue to trade as normal from my workshop at home in RAF Locking, Flowerdown Park, as I have previously done so for the past 2 1/2 years before entering the Hoga shop space.

This will NOT affect any orders placed or the supply of flowers. Weekly fresh cut arrivals and arrangements are still being made for you and your loved ones.
I have lots of beautiful stock in that arrived this morning and photos will soon follow.

You can continue to make contact to book with me via facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, text message, phone or email and I will be working on a website in the coming weeks to add to this accessibility.

Early June I had the honour of supplying these beautiful funeral arrangements in memory of the late Mark Jarvis. A wonderful man, who I had the pleasure of knowing personally and his family for many years. R.I.P. 💙

Criteria, more foliage than flowers, blues and greens with some yellow. A more masculine display.

I created a 4ft casket spray with gorgeous mixed eucalyptus, blue delphiniums, blue eryngium, palm foliage, thorny olive with it’s beautiful yellow flashes to compliment the blue tones, and Japanese barberry with it’s gorgeous purple foliage.

I was also asked to make the DAD tribute which we decided on Marks favourite colour, Blue for the ribbon. We used the yellows to complement and again kept the floral side simple in white.

The two basket arrangements were requested in bright and happy colours, a representation of the personality Mark carried throughout life.

The next basket arrangement was designed with the matching colour pallet in mind of the immediate family’s choice, and was going to be separated up after for a couple of family members to each take a small posy home with them to enjoy.

Sorry for the radio silence it’s been a busy couple of weeks on my return from annual leave.

But I’m still here in the background working tirelessly to ensure orders are made with love & care and delivered to those special people in your life.

The shop will be closed tomorrow while I attend a funeral and wake.

Apologies for any inconvenience.

I will now be back in HOGA SHOP on Saturday 10.30am - 1.30pm.

On Saturday HOGA is having its final clearance sale with up to 50% off pots, ceramics and zink items. This to make room for new stock. This is not because we are closing our doors. 🪴💐🪴

There is also a beautiful collection of fresh cut flowers available to purchase by the stem and pre made bunches should you be on the go.

A sympathy basket

Oxalis, variegated spider pants, mixed Kalachoe, golden trailing ivy finished with sphagnum moss and blue satin ribbons.

The purple oxalis will continue to grow and also flower these beautiful and delicate flowers. They return yearly and can be planted outside if desired. I have had my own in the garden five years now which continue to come back yearly, with more and more.

Hot weather can see cut flowers go over much quicker then usual. A living basket arrangement to send condolences/ sympathy’s can make a nice change and will last with the correct care.
Care instructions are given with all arrangements, cut or living.

These arrangements are for indoors.
Outdoor arrangements can be made on request.
