🖤 Have You Been Bad or Good?
🎅 A long time ago, in the vast snowy mountains of Alpine Europe, the townsfolk told stories of mystical creatures that roamed through the dark and chilling winter nights just before Christmas. The Krampus — tall, furry with curling horns, jingling bells, and a cunning grin that suggests they are always up to a bit of mischief and questionable shenanigans.
During Christmas, Saint Nicholas wanders from home to home giving out sweets, wished for gifts and illustrious treasures to well-behaved children. The job of Krampus on the other hand was completely different to Santa Claus. Krampus was the sinister festive reminder, the dark charmer who taught children who had forgotten their manners that it is better to be nice!
In due time, children soon learned that Krampus wasn’t there to frighten them, or to hurt them, but to help them—encouraging even the most cheekiest among their townsfolk to try a little harder, to be a little kinder, and to always make good choices as Christmas is approaching. Each year, as snowflakes gently drift across the rooftops, families would smile at the thought of the furry trickster's merry mission to guide children toward their very best selves...because Krampus knows if you've been bad, or good! So be good for goodness sake!
