The full list of EU countries now able to place an order with duties paid has been extended today. They are ..
Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Ireland, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal and Switzerland.

This means that your order is delivered direct, without any extra admin fees and your government gets the duty paid from Royal Mail.
If your country is not on the list it is also not available to us as an option in our Royal Mail business account.
We have no inside information when other countries may be joining the scheme.

Customers in France, Portugal, Ireland, Germany and the Netherlands will be able to have their orders delivered as "duty paid" when we reopen next week.

Our elves are at work making the adjustments for our business account with Royal Mail. (Who don't have Spain on their list yet).

We may be closed but we are still busy and looking forward to 2024!
