Sarah here... stepping in for today's post! 😊

This order was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster.

It started with excitement — our first sale of a design I absolutely loved, and a large order too. Then came the hours spent making sure every piece was just right.

As always, there was that little bit of anxiety while waiting to find out if the customer would love it as much as I did.

Then disaster struck.

The customer received... towels. 😳

Definitely not what we had sent.

Thankfully, the customer was fantastic and we quickly got a replacement made and sent out.

But the drama wasn't over there. The replacement then appeared to be delivered to the wrong address, and by this point I was convinced the universe was testing me!

A few anxious hours later, this review came through. ❤️

Thankfully the parcel had reached the right person after all, and reading these words made every moment of stress worthwhile.

We know that the gifts you buy often mark important moments and special memories. That's why every order means so much to us, and why we'll always do everything we can to put things right when something goes wrong.

Thank you to this wonderful customer for their patience, kindness, and incredible review.

I'll hand the posting duties back to Leah now before I turn this into a novel! 🤣
