Been busy with other thing lately but have got into the workshop and been doing some cnc cheese/ serving board with a resin inlay. The shark ones are finished and will be up for sale on my page in next few days the wine glasses have only just had resin poured in so will be a week away yet. But all looking good

Another job done today for a customer, was to replace the handle on this Peat shovel handle was made from oak and turned on my lathe. While on the lathe the centre hole was drilled and enlarged for the tang. Then was shaped and sanded through the grits and waxed.

I was asked to make a wedding cake stand for a customer my brief was a scrolling inscription on a tree slice that was 14inch round so would hold a 10 inch wedding cake. This had to be finished before the 26 may. This was my first big project on the Cnc so had to get my head around the programming. All was completed with about a week left. And my customer was chuffed with the outcome 😊
