What a driech day!!!! No golfing today! 😞

My golf is improving which I’m delighted about but have to concentrate a lot more! 😨

HICKORY GOLF COMPETITION!

No sewing today, dressing up and having a go at golf with very old hickory clubs! Golf was varied, I lost four balls, it’s a 9 hole course! We didn’t win but we were not last! 👏🏻

❤️ Went and saw Caitlin today at Wick Laundry to see if she could help me and she did not disappoint! Loved watching the machine, very mesmerising! (Full video to follow 😉). I even got to press the button! ☺️

A grand day out to the other side of the county at Reay Golf Club today! ⛳️

The highlight was definitely a birdie on the 8th, a lovely par 4 that made the trip worthwhile. As for the rest of the round… let’s just say my golf was a bit mixed, with flashes of brilliance sprinkled between some disastrous shots! 🙈

That’s golf though – one great hole can keep you smiling all the way home. Thanks to Reay for a fantastic day on a beautiful course.
