Another busy weekend at The Geeks Garage! 🔧🎮📱

The new shop is really starting to come together now.

The workshop benches are in, the TV wall is complete, the storage room is taking shape and we’re finally getting all the little details finished.

The TV will be used to display live repair work from the workbenchs, giving customers a behind-the-scenes look at the board-level repairs and micro-soldering work we carry out every day.

There’s still plenty to do before opening day, but we’re getting closer with every hour spent on the build.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone to our new home at 106 Widnes Road.

We recently had our gutters cleaned by Kelley & Son's and couldn’t be happier with the service.

They arrived when promised, worked safely and professionally, and provided photos showing exactly what was removed from the gutters. As you can see from the pictures, there was a significant build-up of moss, dirt and debris which had been completely cleared out.

Communication was excellent throughout, the work was carried out to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that takes pride in their work and provides clear evidence of the job completed.

Highly recommended and we’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

🚨 THE SIGN IS UP! 🚨

After weeks of hard work, planning, painting, building and more late nights than we care to count… our new shop front is finally complete! 😍

From the old tired green frontage to the fresh new look you see today, the transformation has been incredible. 💚➡️🖤

A huge thank you to everyone who has followed our journey, supported us, shared our posts and kept us busy while we’ve been working behind the scenes.

🔧 The Geeks Garage is taking shape exactly how we imagined it.

You may notice the windows are still frosted – don’t worry! 👀 The frosting will be coming off once the inside is fully ready, so you’ll be able to see the workshop and everything we’ve been building.

We’re getting closer every day and we can’t wait to welcome everyone through the door of our new home at:

🔧 SHOP UPDATE – WE’RE ALMOST THERE! 🔧

Another busy day at the new shop and it’s really starting to feel like home! 💚

The customer counter is taking shape, the new colour scheme is looking exactly how we imagined, and we’re working through all the jobs behind the scenes to make sure everything is ready for opening.

✅ Customer counter built
✅ New flooring down
✅ Lighting upgrades underway
✅ CCTV and data cabling being installed
✅ Storage room taking shape
✅ Fresh new look throughout

The biggest milestone is next… our new signage is being installed tomorrow (12th June)! 🤩

Seeing the new branding go up will be a huge moment for us and really bring the whole project together.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us so far. We’re working flat out to create a repair shop that Widnes can be proud of, and we can’t wait to show you the finished result. 🚀

After a lot of late nights, plenty of ideas, countless tweaks, and more than a few debates at home 😂, we’re finally ready to show you the brand new logo for The Geeks Garage!

As we prepare to move into our new home at 106 Widnes Road, we wanted a logo that better represents who we are today and where we’re heading in the future.

Another early start and we’re making some amazing progress on our new home at 106 Widnes Road! 🤩

The old green shop front is now completely gone and our new look is really starting to come together. 💪🏼

The customer counter is taking shape nicely, and while there’s plenty of visible progress, we’re also busy with all the jobs that nobody ever sees…

⚡ Running data cables
⚡ Installing power for the workstations
⚡ Wiring the ceiling
⚡ Removing all the outdated lighting
⚡ Preparing for the new LED panel lighting throughout

It’s not the most exciting part of the move, but getting these foundations right now means we’ll have a cleaner, brighter and more professional workshop for years to come. 👨‍🔧

Every day it looks a little less like a building site and a little more like The Geeks Garage. 🚀

We can’t wait to show you more over the coming days!

We got rid of the green 🤩

The move to our new home at 106 Widnes Road is well underway, and today is another day of getting stuck in.

There’s still plenty to do, but every hour we put in now brings us one step closer to opening the doors to a bigger, brighter, and better workshop for our customers. 🔧🎮📱💻

🔨🚚 Progress Update – New Shop Edition! 🚚🔨

The transformation has officially started at our new home on Widnes Road! 🤩

Today has been all about the less glamorous jobs that nobody sees once it’s finished… marking out the layout, planning the workspace, and tackling a few repairs to the shop front before the paint and signage go up.

A special mention to my dad, who’s been lending a hand today helping get the front sorted. 👊🏼❤️

Every tape mark on the floor represents part of the plan for the new workshop, customer counter, and display areas. It’s exciting to finally see it starting to take shape.

Still plenty to do, but we’re one step closer to opening the doors of the new and improved The Geeks Garage. 🚀

Stay tuned… the next updates should start looking a lot more exciting! 😎

Here’s a look inside our new shop at 106 Widnes Road before we get started! 🤩

At the moment it’s a blank canvas, but over the coming weeks we’ll be rolling up our sleeves and turning it into the new home of The Geeks Garage. 💪🏼

It’s a big step for our little family business, and we’re excited to take you along for the journey. Keep an eye on the page as we’ll be sharing plenty of updates as the transformation begins.
