Introducing: Eat Your Greens. 🥬🌿

It all began with an age-old saying, but the idea quickly grew into something much bigger.

I found myself drawn to the textures of vegetables, the fragrance of fresh herbs, the delicacy of edible flowers and the beauty of locally grown ingredients. Together, they became the foundation of this tablescape.

Eat Your Greens is a celebration of seasonality, sustainability and the incredible abundance that can be grown close to home. It’s about seeing beauty in the edible, appreciating the artistry of nature and reimagining what floristry can be.

Designed for RHS Sandringham, this piece reflects everything I love about working with the seasons and championing British-grown materials.

I’d love to know which element catches your eye first. 🌿🥬

Congratulations to Shanice & Jerry 💛💚

By now, they’ll have tied the knot.

Soft greens and pale yellows for today. If a bouquet ever reflected the season, then it’s this one.

One of my favourite spring flowers 🌿

There’s something about this stage of the season.
Everything still feels fresh, and the colours are softer, quieter.

I’m always drawn to flowers like this.
Not the obvious ones, but the ones that make you pause.

What’s your favourite spring flower?
