Transit Custom MRST 🎵

Another MRST with us last week at K&M for sound system upgrade. This one had some awesome front speakers a powerful amplifier and then 2 full size 12 inch subs for that deep rich bass everyone loves.

Full stealth set up with only the bass box visible under the rear bench. This van sounds as good as it looks now just ready for the summer ☀️

Electric ⚡️ 🚗

We’re always looking to the future at K&M and with electric/hybrid vehicles becoming ever more popular we’ve always had an interest in them and how to make them sound great !

This Porsche Taycan has been with us this week for an upgrade to the Bose system. We’ve used an Audison Amplifier and an AudioControl LC8i to get the best out the factory BOSE speakers. Along with one of our Incriminator Audio BOLO subs this car now sounds as a good as it looks.

Aston Martin DB11 with us this week to make it quieter!

Yes that’s right K&M making a car quieter 😂 well in all honesty we do it all the time. Making any car as quiet as possible is key to making the audio system sound better.

But with this Aston our job was to reduce road noise and reduce tyre roar.

So we did with lots of awesome Skinz sound deadening covering key areas where panels resonate road noise. We also put in some Skinz Ultimat which is a 3 layer system that further reduces noise in the cabin.

What a huge difference this has made to this car! You hear all the bits you want to hear such as the audio system and exhaust !
