It’s our resident ray of sunshine’s turn! ☀️ Nicola’s toastie order is a customer favourite, a classic bacon, brie & chilli jam toastie. She tried to pick all of the cakes, but we made her choose, so her current favourite is a pistachio brookie with a hot chocolate ☕️

I guess I couldn’t make the team do this without doing one myself could I! 🤣

My go-to is one of our fresh sandwiches, a classic favourite - Chicken Avocado! 🥑 on a soft granary barm of course. Followed by a slice of homemade lemon drizzle, and my own twist on a classic flat white - with a sprinkling of chocolate! ❤️

W**e pick of the week goes to this gorgeous Raboso Frizzante, a chilled sparkling red we enjoyed with our family Sunday lunch - perfectly cooked beef, potatoes, honey carrots and tenderstem broccoli 🙌 but also perfect as a lighter red option for Saturday afternoon drinks in the garden 😍
