It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our amazing mum, Anne-Marie -the owner & florist at Barrowcroft wood on 30th April

She was the heart of our family and will be missed more than words can say. We feel incredibly lucky to have had her and will carry her with us always

Hi everyone, I will be in the shop from 10am to 2pm Friday 5th and Sat 6th December this week for Xmas pots and wreath sales and pick ups.
I will post next weeks times as there was an issue with my treatment last week, so it was postponed to next week and haven’t got the schedule yet🤦🏻‍♀️ but I will be open 🙏

I will be opening the shop again in Dec on short hours Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 10am till 2pm for Christmas pots and wreaths only.
Sorry but I won’t be doing fresh flowers.

Last treatment at The Christie today, I finished chemo 4 weeks ago but had my stand alone
Immunotherapy today, the rest will be done at home every 6 weeks for the next 2 years hopefully. I’m pleased to say I’ve responded to the treatment and my scan shows it’s shrinking well more than half and some have disappeared.
I’d like to thank my family and friends, customers and neighbours for all their support, help and good wishes it is very much appreciated . I hope to be back at work at least for Christmas even if I have to limit the hours.

Due to personal reasons the shop will remain closed until further notice. However I am still taking orders for funeral flowers and silk grave pots. Also this week I’m taking orders for fresh grave posies and pots for Mother’s Day.
