Our very own Dave Harvey - Dragged his team out of bed at the weekend for a 24 hour mountain bike competition the course features and elevation of nearly 300 meters (The same as the Eiffel Tower!!). Dave managed to complete 7 laps of the 11 kilometer course and still make it in early to work... Mine will be a coffee please mate...
