We are now stockists for the amazing Bala Sport football and rugby balls. These premium balls are made in Sailkot, Pakistan, in certified fairtrade factories that pay fair wages and support stronger communities. This fairtrade premium meaning fair pay, safer conditions and no child labour. As Bala says ‘A better ball. A fairer game. A fairer world.’ 🌍 💚💙

Last year our lovely customers donated £40.90 to Medical Aid for Palestinians thanks to Maggie and Silvia’s efforts to make the most gorgeous smelling Lavender bags! We’d like to raise even more money this time so please pop in and help yourself to a Lavender bag and give generously! 🙏💜

It’s true, we do 💚💙, because buying Fairtrade gives our customers the assurance that talented artisans and farmers across the globe are receiving a fair price for their labours, as well as supporting communities, education, workers’ rights, equity and sustainability. All of this can happen when you buy from our little shop, and we think that’s just brilliant!

So excited for this tomorrow! We have a stall at Walford Mill, selling a lovely selection of your favourite goodies, as well as our shop being open as usual 10-4 packed full of even more lovely stuff.

We’re really looking forward to our Global Fair on Saturday (tomorrow)!

Do come and join us for a free family friendly day in the beautiful Walford Mill Crafts courtyard!

There’s plenty to do and see, even if it’s warm… ☀️ there’s plenty of shade, chairs, a rehydration station, Little Pickle at The Mill cafe, and the lovely community!

Our performers, stall-holders and artists will be all set to welcome you from 11am until 4pm! Please bring cash for the stalls, sun hats, water bottles to refill and reusable coffee cups!! 💚
