We’re very proud to share that Hursley Community Shop & Post Office has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Countryside Alliance South East “Rural Oscars” in the Village Shop/Post Office category! 🌿

A huge thank you to everyone who nominated us, your support means the world to our volunteers.

Public voting opens in March, and we’ll be sharing details on how you can vote for us very soon. Watch this space!

✨🎄Christmas Gathering at the Shop - 21st December🎄✨

We’re very happy to invite everyone to a little festive get-together at the shop on Sunday 21st December.

We’ll be open from 4pm to 7pm in the evening and offering mulled wine (courtesy of the King’s Head) and nibbles.
It’s a lovely chance to pop in, do some last-minute Christmas shopping from our selected festive goodies, have a drink, and enjoy the atmosphere with friends and neighbours.

🍷 5pm: We’ll be serving mulled wine until closing, very kindly provided by the King’s Head Inn (huge thanks to them!).

🎶 6pm: Carol singing will begin from the shop.

Everyone is very welcome, we’d love to see you there!

Today we’ve made a special appearance at the Hursley Christmas tree festival where we’ve been selling a wonderful array of local produce and have some brilliant Christmas present ideas. All of these lovely things are stocked in our shop which is open Monday to Saturday 7 am until 1 pm - plus there’s still time to order a lovely hamper of goodies for somebody special, so please pop in and see us.
