The pantyliner is my favourite and comes in all kinds of funky fabric.

You could even request one to be made in your own fabric! Maybe you’ve got a t shirt you love but is no longer wearable, or some school jumpers you want to save (charity shops don’t take them). I can make your very own custom made period pad so that whenever you wear it, you can feel proud that you saved yet another piece of material going to landfill.

Message me if you want to see more fabrics or send in your own.

I haven’t got my periods back yet since giving birth, but reusable period pads can be used for so much more!

I used the pantyliner throughout my pregnancy for leaks and used the heavy flow pad for bleeding after birth. A customer in her menopause uses the pantyliner for spotting and other leaks too! So it really can see you through your whole life. 💚

Have you thought about trying it but still a little nervous? You can buy one to give it a try and ask me anything before you purchase to feel reassured.

My Etsy shop is still on maternity leave but I’m taking orders through privates messaging so feel free to get in touch 🙏🏼

How could I not share our first cloth nappy wash? It is just so satisfying seeing them hanging to dry. Baby is nearly 8weeks and I’m proud of us for getting started on the cloth nappies.

We are trying out different styles thanks to friends handing down theirs and some Facebook marketplace purchases.

There were some poo stains on them after washing but the sun did it’s magic and they are completely white again! I’d been told the sun was a natural bleach but now I really believe it! Incredible. ☀️

I’ll be at this market with my newborn and my reusable sanitary wear, answering any questions you might have to help you along your journey.

Personally, I’m most excited about the repair cafe!

This task has been waiting to be completed for ages!

We’ve been in our new home for just over two months and covering these grotty placemats was one of the first things I wanted to do. We’ve already had guests for meals and I’ve embarrassingly apologised for the old placemats… now I will proudly use them with these fabric covers.

I didn’t know before that cork is the material that actually makes something heatproof. That is why I’ve covered them instead of just using the fabric sleeves on their own. They remain functional while looking lovely.

Yes I could have bought new ones, but where is the satisfaction in that? Plus, I get very overwhelmed with choice when I go shopping for the house and you guys know I’ve got loads of fabric to use so it was a no brainer to make my own. Even if it did take me two months to get myself into gear for this one!

SHOP CLOSED

Well that’s it guys I’m officially on maternity leave and it’s taking a lot of energy to not carry on making pads because I really do love making them but…

…I’ve got other personal makes to achieve before baby arrives and I’ll be sharing them this week as I go. After that, not sure how much I’ll be around. Just gonna see how things go and go with the flow of motherhood. I’m pretty excited!

Thank you for all your support, interest and encouragement, however small or big.

Peace out for now

SALE ENDS FRIDAY

I’m still making because I just can’t resist using this maternity leave time pre baby to do what I love, and that’s making pads!

I should be painting the changing table, setting up the crib and sorting other baby related items but…I’m not!

FYI postage costs changed the other day which I only discovered when I went to post your orders! So this will be reflected in the postage cost now; if you notice this change, that is why!

Did you know for every pad you buy, we donate one pad to someone in need?

In the past we have sent pads to girls in Ghana via and Kenya via 🙌🏼 Last month, we discovered a need closer to home 🏠 and donated 6 pads to our local food bank initiative. The organisers asked for sanitary pads to be included in a bag of food to feed a household in need.

So thank you for your ongoing purchases that make this possible.

I love hearing that your pantyliners cope with all sorts of bodily functions and fluids! Thank you for sharing and for leaving a review 🙏🏼

Sale still on and I’m officially on maternity leave! 🙌🏼 Although it doesn’t feel like it because I’ve got a market to prepare for and something tells me I’m gonna have more capacity to do that now than when baby gets here!

Not to mention making curtains for the nursery and generally sorting our life out 🤦🏼‍♀️ (when does this ever end though!? 😂)
