Hi everyone,

Just a reminder that today is our last shipping day for domestic orders.

An update on EU shipping, the following is copied directly from our email from DPD.

"Due to the severe delays at the port of Dover following the decision by the French government to close the border with the UK on Sunday, and the consequent backlog we now face, our European road services to continental Europe are suspended until Monday 4 January.

Our services to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland remain operational and any parcels shipped from the UK to the island of Ireland will be delivered as normal."

Should any of our customers in the affected regions place orders, we will not process them until we are notified that they are able to be delivered. This will enable these customers to purchase stock without being charged until the order can be sent. If that customer then decides to cancel the order that will be possible and the card authorisation be be revoked.

So sorry for this but I'm sure you all understand the exceptional circumstances.

Orders must be received before midday to leave same day.
Tuesday 22nd December: Last shipping day UK
Wednesday 23rd: Midday closing
Thursday 24th: Remote working
Friday 25th: Christmas Day
Monday 27th: Christmas Bank Holiday
Friday 27th: Remote working
Monday 4th: Christmas break orders shipping date Norm

PLEASE NOTE:

Chris will be doing software updates during the break and you may experience some downtime and loss of service, no orders placed will be affected.
