Posted • What a memorable day! My other very indulgent UK purchase arrived mere hours after the first: Tower Bridge Sparkle by Adam Ralston, courtesy of Windermere Fine Art Gallery. Isn’t that glorious? It’s just like being there again, squinting against the sun and hearing the lapping of the water. Until I can go back, these paintings take me there in memory.

Thank you to Matthew and Dawn at the gallery! (And by the way, it was very tough to choose from all Adam’s beautiful work at his solo show!)

Posted • Exhibition of my Lake District paintings is starting this Friday and runs for two weeks. All the works I’ve completed over the last few visits and a few new pieces will all be together for this exhibition. I must admit it’s great to get back to doing shows and chatting to people again. I’ll be there on Saturday from 11am until 4pm for anyone wanting to chat about my work and how and why I became an artist all those years ago or just come along and check out the work.
