the Lambs are out and playing in the Lake District this week, which reminded me of this oil painting by Craig Long from 2 years ago. When he is painting his pictures putting 'life interest' in a picture can be important and make a painting look better, so Craig has spent a few years perfecting his Herdwicks and lambs (and also sheepdogs which you will see in a lot of his Lake District Farm paintings, everyone loves a collie lol...)
