Quiet Blue started with my own journey through perimenopause.⁠

As my hormones changed, I started looking beyond the obvious and asking a different question: what else in my home could be adding to my body’s load?⁠
⁠
I began looking more closely at the ingredients in the products I was using every day, including home fragrance.⁠
⁠
What I discovered made me question why something designed to make our homes feel good could contain ingredients I didn’t want in mine.⁠
That was the catalyst for Quiet Blue.⁠
⁠
I wanted to create a clean, no-nasties approach to home fragrance and instead use thoughtfully chosen ingredients to create beautiful scents and rituals that support you in your home, rather than add to what your body already has to deal with.⁠

Before Quiet Blue, I never imagined I'd create a wellbeing brand.

Like so many women, perimenopause encouraged me to take a closer look at the everyday products in my home. As I learned more about the ingredients commonly found in home fragrance, I realised I wanted something different - products that felt luxurious, smelled incredible and aligned with the choices I was making for my wellbeing.

That journey became Quiet Blue.

Every product starts with intention. We carefully select essential oil blends to create moments of calm, focus, balance and better sleep, while remaining committed to ingredients you can feel good about bringing into your home.
