Presenting the Winners of the Women's Prize ! 💌🏨

‘The Correspondent’ by Virginia Evans and ‘The Finest Hotel in Kabul’ by Lyse Doucet are both fabulous novels that everybody should be reading this summer.

‘The Correspondent’ is a quietly charming novel full of soul that introduces readers to Sybil who for decades has been living her life through letters, until one day a message from someone in her past turns her life upside down.

‘The Finest Hotel in Kabul’ tells the story of Kabul’s Inter-Continental Hotel est. 1969, BBC’s Chief of International Correspondent traces five decades of Afghanistan’s history particularly the women that many have forgotten.

Both are fantastic reads and well-deserving of the award!
