So... I'm thinking of hosting some workshops later in the year, a couple hours of unwinding, meeting people, enjoying a drink (alcoholic or non alcoholic🥂), maybe a few nibbles and a chance to create your own coaster, house number sign, please close the gate sign or maybe you have an idea in mind!

Firstly, I'd like to say a MASSIVE Happy New Year to everyone!🎉 You guys kept me so busy in 2025 and I am very much looking forward to completing more orders in 2026🌟

Secondly, a little note to say... I've had a very big think about what I'd like to be doing this year. I've got more markets and events planned and new products to be made and added to the shop🎁

So, thirdly... I have decided to slow up on the chalkboards. I'm not stopping bringing you ideas for your boards to life, I am however stopping making the boards to order. If you require boards for your business, they must be pre-purchased before I design and make your boards. The increase in the price of supplies and tools means that I'd have to charge an extortionate amount of money and that's something I don't want to do. I'm all for saving the pennies where I can! There are plenty of online retailers that produce chalkboards and if you're struggling to find what you'd like, then we can always have a chat about sourcing them🥂

There's just something about the 1st day of the month landing on a Monday that makes me extremely happy🥰

I thought I'd make a post for those that have followed/liked my page recently. I'm Molly (Molls), creator of Molly James - Chalkboard Artist (Boards By Molls)😊 This year I decided I'd start taking my little business seriously, creating new products, try and keep up with social media, attend more events and grow my online shopping platforms. Its been a slow process but I'm getting there!🎉

So, with 4 months left of 2025 I've got lots to think about for next year - ways in which I'd like to grow the business, what products I'd like to work on, the events I'd like to attend. At this present time, one thing I'd really like to achieve is a solid product range fit for a garden center🌻

I'd like to thank you all for your continued support. Every like, share, comment on my social media's makes a massive difference and Every sale brings me so much happiness! So here's to the next 4 months🥂

WHAT A WEEK! You guys have kept me so busy recently🥰 this week will be spent finishing up a couple of commissions and then I'm back to making products for a couple of markets I'm attending at the end of August and beginning of September (more info on those soon!)☀️

As I'm getting things ticked off my to-do list for this week I'm thinking about the fantastic weekend I had at Axe Vale Show 🥂

It was fantastic to hear all your kind words and you guys really did keep me busy! I've got the order book out and I'm working through all your amazing orders ready to deliver by the end of the week🌿

I'd just like to say a few thank you's; Jake, Mum, Heather, Sophie, Molly & Ben, Sarah (Craft Marquee Organiser), The 2 Gentleman that got me out of a pickle when I arrived😅 and everyone that came and supported me! I couldn't have done it without your help and support🍓
