A huge thank you to my absolute bestie and business partner, Georgina for the sweetest birthday shoutout!

I honestly don’t know how we’ve managed it—two ADHD brains creating and running our bubble tea shop together, what a combination! But working alongside you is pure fun and I wouldn't want to do this with anyone else!

We also couldn't have made it through this first year without my wonderful husband Lee. Thank you so much for being such a fantastic help—getting up early every single morning and preparing Willow Blossom for opening. We really appreciate you! 💛
And two our children, you have been such a big help so thank you to you too!

Looking back, I am so incredibly proud of everything we’ve achieved, and we are both so happy with how Willow Blossom has grown. Here’s to hoping for many more years of developing it into something truly special! 🧋✨

And to all of our wonderful customers: a massive thank you. If we didn’t have you supporting us, we simply wouldn't be here. We appreciate every single one of you!

A whole year has passed since we first opened the doors of willow blossom to our first customers back on North end. Wow what a year!!
Who knew then, that just a year later we’d be moved into a bigger and better place?
It’s amazing to know that so many of our customers from North end came with us to St John’s street and how many new customers we also have.
Over this past year our vision for willow blossom has changed greatly, going from a little bubble tea shop to what it is now, a not so little bubble tea cafe that specialises in a whole range of exclusive drinks (all created by the amazing Jo), our artisan ice cream and sundae’s, Asian snacks, Pandamoon gift shop Blooming Cakes display room.
It is truly awesome to be able to work alongside your bestie (you’re very lucky Jo 😂😂) and both of our amazing families too, all of our children have been involved from the very beginning to help and support our dream (including all of the shop fitting, decorating and working alongside us in the shop) and not forgetting Lee, who has been a lifesaver on too many occasions to mention!
I would like to thank every single one of our customers for their continued support this year and we’re looking forward to many more xx
Finally I would like to thank the best bestie Jo Higgins not only are you great to work with but you’ve been my rock this past year xx

Pop down to Willow Blossom Saturday and Sunday - it’s going to be such a great weekend celebrating our 1st birthday!

We’ve got alcoholic bubble teas, slushies, coolers plus all our regular drinks, a tarot card reader Saturday night, buttercream piping workshops on Sunday with Blooming Cakes and of course Wirksworth farmers market tomorrow.

Tenacity Fitness are also celebrating their first birthday tomorrow with a charity event/raffle.

We are SO excited to say…this weekend Willow Blossom will be serving some very special drinks as part of our first birthday celebrations!

We now have alcoholic Coolers, Bubble Teas and Iced Coffees on the menu!

Tenacity Fitness have their first birthday too with charity events happening, it’s Wirksworth farmers market and we have a tarot card reader in Pandamoon at 4:30pm.
On Sunday Jo is holding buttercream piping workshops too.

Sunday 2nd August in the Blossom room at Willow Blossom as part of our first birthday celebrations!

Everything is provided, including four cupcakes, buttercream, all tools and equipment.

I will show you the techniques to pipe 4 different flowers in buttercream. No experience necessary, I’m here to guide you 😊
Suitable for children 8 years and over.
