What a day! Our **biggest Marshland Farmers Market yet!** 🛍️❤️

A massive thank you to all our fantastic stallholders for their hard work and enthusiasm, and to everyone who came along to support us. We appreciate every single one of you! 🥰

Most importantly, this market would be nothing without our incredible volunteers. 🙌 The time, effort and dedication you put in behind the scenes to make it all happen does not go unnoticed.

Seeing how far this market has come makes all that hard work worthwhile. We’re so proud of what it has become, and it’s all thanks to our amazing stallholders, volunteers and visitors! ❤️

🌾✨ THE FARMERS MARKET IS THIS SUNDAY! ✨🌾

Get ready for our biggest Farmers Market yet! 🥳🧺 We’re bringing together an amazing selection of local producers, talented artisan makers, delicious food, homemade treats, beautiful gifts and lots of wonderful things to discover. 🍰🧀🌿🛍️

There’ll be something for everyone, including a bouncy castle for the kids to enjoy! 🎈🏰 So bring the whole family, invite your friends and make a lovely day of it 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦💛

With free parking 🚗 and disabled access ♿, it’s easy for everyone to come along and enjoy the day.

Don’t forget, it’s this Sunday, 10am- 2pm! 📅 We can’t wait to welcome you to what promises to be our biggest and best Farmers Market yet! 🌻✨🙌

Flitting across the taste buds like one of our Red Admirals across the orchard - it's my new c***r........ Butterfly.

It's as fresh, lively and delicate as the name suggests. Eminently drinkable, it has a refreshing green Bramley flavour and is about the same sweetness as a crisp, juicy apple plucked straight from the tree. The sparkle adds to lightness and there are subtle hints of citrus that reminded me of lime Opal Fruits.

This is the sister c***r to Dawn Chorus, the batch being made from the very first Bramleys of the 2024 harvest. But whilst Dawn Chorus was bottled absolutely dry, Butterfly has a little gentle sweetness to it. The batch comprises 74% Bramley, 20% Spartan and 6% Laxtons Superb. The sparkle is pet nat, which means it was bottled just before the fermentation had finished.

All the fruit is from my own orchard, where no chemicals are used and I adopt wildlife friendly farming methods so the air is buzzing with life, including plenty of butterflies.

This is a quaffing rather than a sipping c***r. Serve cool and enjoy after a hard day's work. It's ridiculously refreshing and when I had one with a cheese sandwich for my lunch yesterday I enjoyed it so much I barely had time to make any tasting notes!

This is the last of my 2024 c***rs to be released into the wild and I'm sure this will be very popular indeed, so don't hang around if you want to get your butterfly net out and catch a bottle or three.

First flight will be to Sibsey Farmers Market tomorrow from 9-12, then it'll flit over to Holbeach Indoor Farmers Market on Sunday from 10-2.
