I have had the most wonderful "Best Last Day" at Witham 290.
I have been overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity of my wonderful colleagues - I absolutely love my presents, I've been so lucky ❤ Been a few tears, especially with the tannoy announcements!!
I will miss you but never fear, I'm sure I will be in often!!
Special thanks to Jo and Donna 🥰 Buffet was excellent :-)

Busy week as normal :-) Pick up packs refilled - thank you for your support. Donations trolley sorted and delivered :-) H.A.F donation of snacks and juice to local church group. Fruit for smoothie making to another H.A F group. Requests for raffle hampers fulfilled and collected. Livestream and paperwork sorted. It's all go!! Money to cash office for counting for our Hawaiian Day events 🌺

Morrisons have donated £100,000 of food to holiday programmes across the country - Holiday Hunger Fund - supporting a range of organisations - schools, charities and community groups and Council led activities
It was my pleasure to take my allocated donation to Elm Hall School where Adrian, Ops Director of Multisports for Schools showed me round the Holiday Club and to meet the staff. There were numerous activities going on and lots of happy, energetic children! "Parkour" and "Dragonball" were new to me but looked fun! I took a donation of fruit with me too :-)

Busy week - pick up packs replenished - thank you for your support with these. Our foodbanks are very grateful. Donations collected/delivered. Thought I would try a few Holiday Hunger packs on top shelf.
Hampers made for care home, bowls club and duck race :-)
Prep for our Hawaiian Day on Friday. Love receiving these "thank yous" 🥰Correspondence, bookings for collections and much needed sort out of cupboard!!

Don't forget Friday 29th July is Hawaiian Dress Up Day. We have a raffle running, a Design your Hawaiian shirt competition and Sponge the Manager :-)
We have water and sponges and for £1 (or more)for 3, you can try and soak our Manager :-) All proceeds to our charity supporting Little Havens Hospice Thank you 😊

So... two weeks fundraising starts today for Witham 290 :-)
Hawaiian tables set up - raffle set up - colouring competition set up
Lanyards, pens and butterfly badges available on table.
Hawaiian dress up on Friday 29th July. All colleagues please join in! A bright coloured top will be fine if you don't have a grass skirt or coconut bra 😉

Busy week - pick up packs filled and refilled and donations collected/delivered. Added to front of checkouts to see if sales will increase 🙏 Thank you for your support. Trolley load made in prep of my impending holibobs :-)
Lots of hampers, raffle prizes and donations gone out this week - hard to keep up!! Lots of butterfly badges sold this week - thank you. Will do the weeks total for Children's Hospice week when all counted :-) NHS Big Tea colouring pictures out and buckets prepped for next week. Attended Yoursay meeting, helped checkouts, did cash office shift and kiosk shift!! Replenished Sandy packs.

Another busy week - when isn't it!! Pick up packs refilled and refilled again and donations collected and delivered. Thank you ❤ Donation requests fulfilled for hampers, rolls, sweets, waters, ice lollies and thank yous received - one for tent pitching 😁 Will ensure all requests sorted before my holibobs ✈ Bra bin emptied and already half full again - thank you! NHS Big Tea table prepped in cafe, tea bag competition and colouring sheets to be added.
Successful 🏳️‍🌈Pride dressing down day on Saturday-see separate post for pictures - thank you all ❤ Gifts sorted out for our Morridads working on Fathers Day. Received request for a School tour-how exciting :-)
