What makes Jac in the Box truly special is the people behind it ❤️ Our trainees work incredibly hard learning retail skills, building confidence, gaining experience, and helping create a welcoming community space for everyone. Seeing them grow in confidence and pride is at the heart of what we do.

We created our Minimum Donation Room to help support the work we do while also giving our young people the opportunity to learn about retail, pricing, and quality items, while still giving our customers the chance to grab a great bargain 💫

This isn’t just a shop it’s a place built on kindness, opportunity, inclusion, and community support

Our trainee Kyle and his mother Louise are raising funds by completing a 24 hour running event on 6th to 7th June. They will be running multiple laps of 5 miles. Kyle has the ambitious target of completing 20 (100 miles). Both are runners with the local Finch Coasters Club and have ultra distances under their (running) belts. We are very proud to announce that our trainee Joe will now be a volunteer with us. Joe has been at the store for a long time and has fantastic customer services skills and is a pleasure to work with! We’re very happy that he will now be volunteering with us as he is an asset to our team.
