WINGS & PAWS SHOP SUPERVISOR

Our busy Wings & Paws charity shop in Penn, Wolverhampton is looking for a Shop Supervisor to join our existing volunteer team!
This is a paid position, paid at the applicable National Minimum Wage rate, with the opportunity to help run our shop and support the charity behind it. 🐶🐱🐴
🛍️ WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You'll be helping to keep our shop running smoothly, including:
🐾 Managing incoming donations
🐾 Merchandising and creating eye catching window displays
🐾 Providing brilliant customer service
🐾 Keeping the shop clean, tidy and welcoming
🐾 Supporting and coordinating our amazing volunteers
🐾 Cash handling and general administration
🐾 Helping maintain health and safety standards
🐾 Getting involved with our local community
❤️ WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for someone who is:
✨ Friendly and approachable
✨ Organised and able to juggle multiple things at once
✨ Confident dealing with customers
✨ Comfortable with cash handling and basic numeracy
✨ A good communicator and team player
✨ Flexible with days and hours
✨ Happy working in a busy charity shop environment
✨ Has a clear DBS check
Previous charity shop or retail experience would be fantastic, but we're more interested in finding the right person who is enthusiastic, reliable and genuinely wants to make a difference.

📍 Location: Penn, Wolverhampton
💷 Pay: Applicable National Minimum Wage rate
🛍️ Role: Shop Supervisor
⏰ Hours: Approx. 21hrs per week, flexible days to include weekends
