Information for waste collections next Monday (19 September).

The Queen’s state funeral will be held next Monday (19 September). This day has been made a Bank Holiday to allow people time to pause and pay their respects.

As such, ALL kerbside waste collections across the city will be suspended on this date.
Residents due a collection on Monday are asked to please present their bins from 7am on Tuesday and we will endeavour to collect these throughout the week.
As these are exceptional circumstances, please bear with us.

Waste collections on other days will go ahead as normal.
Please note that our HWRCs will also be closed on 19 September, reopening on 20 September.
