We are now opening up pre orders for the Pokemon 30th Anniversary items.
Terms & Conditions:
Payment is required in full at time of pre order.
They are being released in three waves, starting in mid September until October with exact dates tbc by Pokemon. you will be advised at time of pre order, which wave your order is in.
Strictly one of each item only per person. Anyone trying to order more than one will not have their request responded to.
Due to the expected volume of interest, We will NOT be taking telephone requests. ALL pre orders MUST be done either INSTORE, or via INSTAGRAM OR FACEBOOK MESSENGER, where we will deal with them in the order we received them.
Your pre order request must contain the following information or it will not get responded to.
Your name
Your address
Your email address
The exact items you wish to pre order
We will then be able to process your pre order quicker and send you an invoice to pay and secure your order.
Please do NOT call the store to ask if we have got your message, we will respond as soon as we can, even if it takes a day.
This may seem harsh, but we are trying to make it as fair as possible to everyone.
