FYI: Avon recently opened a new warehouse and distribution centre in Corby. Unfortunately, they are having some teething problems which means that my orders are currently delayed by approximately four days.

Avon are aware of the impact this is having on you, my valued customer, and have advised that they are working 24/7 to sort this out and clear the backlog, which includes re-opening their old distribution centre, to work alongside the new one. As soon as I receive my orders, I will be of course strive to get them to you ASAP.

Unfortunately Avon are struggling to fulfill orders on time at the moment, following some major changes at the depot.

As always, I am striving to order in plenty of time to enable me to deliver your products on the date I have promised, and if / when there are delays I will keep you informed.

Please accept my apologies in advance for any inconvenience, and please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to order from the current brochure. Thank you for your continued support.

Unfortunately due to last week's snow there have been some delays and confusion over when Avon orders will be delivered to me, but I will keep you updated as soon as I know more.

Thank you for your patience, and I apologise in advance if I have to change the date when I can get to you. Glad the snow is at last disappearing today!!

Don't forget that you can order from my online store and have it delivered direct to your own home (subject to a small delivery charge depending on the your order value).
