To our dear friends & followers,

We have made a very difficult decision to close Arya Candles by the end of September. This has definitely not been an easy decision to make however we feel it is now the right time.

We know this will be disappointing news to so many of our loyal customers.

It feels like the right time for us to move on to new pastures. We have loved every minute of our journey with Arya and are proud of the number of women we have been able to sponsor through Women for Women International.

Happy New Year! Usually, at this time of year, we are trying to put in place our new year's resolutions, fretting about our indulgences over the festive period, vowing to drink less, eat less, be more organised, save money, and generally try to be a better version of ourselves. I say, scrap it. Scrap resolutions and unrealistic goals. Scrap feeling bad about ourselves because of Christmas indulgences. Scrap feeling not-good-enough. Of COURSE there is nothing wrong with positive goals, setting intentions, and encouraging a healthy mindset of the year. But I'm not entirely convinced that the 'traditional' way we do resolutions is healthy, and after last year, we all deserve to just be ourselves, be comfortable in our skin, not feel pressure to do anything differently, because we all went through enough last year.
