Sophia is also a talented children’s author, creating colouring books designed especially for little hands and big imaginations. Aimed at children aged 2–5 years, her books are filled with playful, gentle illustrations that spark curiosity and delight. Beyond her artistic talents, Sophia gives back as a breastfeeding support volunteer – offering care, empathy, and guidance to local families during some of the most important early moments of parenthood. She is the proud Mama Lioness behind Little Lion Markets, a vibrant initiative that celebrates local makers, sustainable living, and family-friendly joy. Her passion for community, creativity, and conscious living shines through everything she does – inspiring parents, children, and their wider networks to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover their joy.
