Super sad news 😭 our lovely bee print fabric, which is definitely the most popular we sell! Has been discontinued. I have tried to get the last bits that I can but I’ve not got much left, especially of the bluey green. When it’s gone, it’s gone!

Been looking to get some new prints, so watch this space 🤩

Thanks so much for all your lovely comments 🥹 I’ll likely be closing our website for new orders from mid June. A little offer for you all before we close for maternity leave! Any website orders over £15 will get a free pack of muslin cloths, any colour you choose.
Our muslins are one of ours of popular products, they are super soft, wash incredibly well and remove make up and dirt gently but effectively.
Just pop a note in with your order or after if you want a specific colour!

So I’ve been a bit quiet this year, latest member of the Honeyco family due in July!
It’s not been an easy pregnancy this time, I was hoping for a bit of a simpler ride after Covid baby last time 😅 so I’ve mostly holed myself up and been quietly sewing away and making up orders in the background.
Being a one woman band means I’ll be closing shop for a few weeks while I recover from my C-section and adjust to life as a family of four! I’m not sure yet when exactly I’ll be closing but I can’t imagine it’ll be much longer as hunching over the sewing machine is getting a little trickier!
If you were thinking of ordering please do sooner rather than later so you’re not disappointed!

I’ve not spoken much about our tea towels on here yet - but we introduced them online last year and they’ve been a HIT.
They’re a double layer of our super absorbent waffle fabric, and in the same gorgeous tones we offer for our multipurpose wipes. What colour would you go for?

Most of us use paper kitchen roll everyday, but did you know it’s pretty bad for the environment?
Not just because it’s one use and ends up in landfill. But also because:
🌳it’s made from paper, which is made from trees - so massive amounts of water and trees are used and chopped down
💧 it has to be manufactured from tree to paper, which again uses more water, energy and creates a carbon footprint
🌍 the sheer volume created and thrown away every day is a HUGE amount going to landfill - creating methane.

We all know it’s super convenient, and it has its place for sure for hygiene needs. But have you tried swapping it out sometimes for a reusable alternative? You can use old rags, towels, clothes etc, or buy some dishcloths or other plant based cloths that you can just throw in the wash with your usual washing and reuse over and over again. What do you think, would you give it a go?

Hi, it’s me 👋
I’ve been MIA the last couple of months, been a bit unwell so I’ve been huddled up at home and quietly sewing.
Thanks for all our orders over the Christmas period, while I didn’t do any markets this year I’m lucky to have lots of lovely shops who stock my products so I was kept quite busy!

Hope you’ve all had a wonderful start to the year, can’t wait to share a little more of what we’ve been up to the last few months!

When I first made my body sponges, I called them ‘shower sponges’ and I gave prototypes to my friends to test.
Me - ‘how did you get along with them?’
Friend ‘fine but they’ve got stained by bleach which is a shame’
Me - ‘bleach? How did you get bleach on them?’
Friend - ‘from cleaning the bathroom’
Me ‘oh’
So we quickly changed the name to body sponge to avoid any confusion 😅 I mean im sure the sponges did an amazing job at cleaning the floor but surely they’re way too soft to waste on cleaning tiles 🥴😂

So I’ve been really quiet recently … mostly cos this happened 👰🏻‍♀️🤵🏼‍♂️💍

Turns out planning a wedding, working a full time job, a small business and a tiny hectic human to keep alive is ALOT 😂

But we had the most amazing day ever, I want to do it all again. Laughed all day. And we had the most amazing suppliers that shared our ethos which we’ll share soon, we managed to do lots of things with sustainability in mind which is harder than you’d think for a wedding! Anyway, hoping to be a bit more present now I’ve got a bit more of my life and brain back 😅
