Me and my silly ideas. I made fudge at the weekend intentionally to avoid the heat, so what did I to do today instead? I decided to give the fudge kitchen a good deep clean. I’m melting (as I’m sure you all are too), and the ice in my water has long gone. The window looks clean though, doesn’t it? 😅

I hope you’ve all had a lovely weekend! Somebody mentioned there being a little heatwave this week. Have you heard?! 😆 So with temperatures rising, I’ve made the decision not to post out fudge over the next few days. Any orders placed between now and Thursday will be sent out on Friday. Better to be safe than sorry eh? We want your fudge to be in its prime when you receive it. Thank you for understanding, and enjoy the sunshine! ☀️

This morning I’ve completed my health and hygiene course online. This is something that I’ve done every three years since the late 90’s. Back then, a class would be held for a day, usually in a pub where you would get a pint and a jacket potato for lunch. It’s a fraction of the cost to do now, and takes just a few hours sitting at the computer. It does make life easier, but I miss the jacket spud and pint. 😂
