We also have a range of haberdashery, sewing, embroidery and patchwork and quilting items along with over 800 bolts of 100% cotton fabric to choose from.

Our talented students were all smiles as they showed off their completed projects after a day of learning, creativity, and hands-on sewing. 🧵✂️

From mastering new techniques to putting the finishing touches on their creations, everyone worked incredibly hard and achieved fantastic results. We love seeing the confidence that comes from turning fabric and ideas into something beautiful and handmade.

A huge well done to all our students for their dedication and enthusiasm, and thank you for making the workshop such a fun and inspiring day! ❤️

Duration: Two Days, 9.00 am - 4.30 pm

Price: £195 (pattern included, RRP £20.00)

🪡 Join us and create your own stunning jacket, by Friday Pattern Co.
It features drop shoulders and comes with two sleeve options: A placketed sleeve with cuff, and an easy to sew boxy sleeve for a more relaxed fit.
It also includes a bunch of pocket templates that you can mix and match.
You can wear this garment as a jacket or shirt (or ‘shacket’) depending on the fabric you use.
This is a fun, skill building pattern that you will want to make/wear again and again!

You will learn:
* How to sew a collar panel with interfacing.
* How to sew several options of pocket designs.
* How to sew buttonholes with your machine.
* How to sew a button placket panel with interfacing.
* How to sew a sleeve with a placket cuff.
* How to adapt your pattern to suit your fit - garment length, sleeve length.
* The importance of fabric selecting to suit the garment and fit.

This stylish grey two-piece set features a beautifully quilted reversible gilet and a pair of elegant wide-leg trousers - all made from scratch during our dressmaking classes.

The attention to detail, construction, and finishing are outstanding, and the result speaks for itself. We're incredibly proud of what they've achieved and how their skills have developed throughout the course.

Celebrating the fantastic work of one of our talented evening class students, proudly modelling their handmade pyjamas.
From selecting fabrics to mastering construction techniques and adding those all-important finishing touches, they have created a beautiful garment to be proud of.

Seeing students transform their skills into finished projects like this is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
