Hey guys just a little update, been much happier since leaving the Hopmarket, it hasn’t changed the business as much as I had imagined. Still doing deliveries and collection so if you need anything give us a shout and we will sort it out for you!

Joy may be leaving The Hopmarket but we are still very much alive and kicking, I had thought about opening back up now the signage rules have finally changed.
But i got lied to by my management agent GJS Dillon Limited - Droitwich regarding parking made an official complaint, and my landlords response is to remove my parking space and refuse me a new lease!
I could fight it in court but the place has so many issues it’s better to just leave and move on with my business elsewhere!

Joy will be closed until such time as the Hopmarket can sort its self out and offer equality in advertising, and other fundamental factors to do business here that I will not discuss! This is essentially a strike! I hope to return but it may not be possible, as I have already been threatened with non renewal of lease unless I move unit which would incur considerable cost to me, and remove a business that has been trading at this location for 17 years! We will be trading online in the mean time, give me a call or drop me a message and we will deliver or post same day! Sorry for the diatribe!! But it’s about time something was said and done!!

For the time being Joy will remain open, I'm hoping improvements I have been reassured are being made will go ahead, my current opening hours will remain Thursday/Friday 13:00-17:10 - Saturday 14:00-17:20. Thanks and hope to see you soon!!!

It is looking likely that joy will become appointment only until such time as new traders can be found for the lower area of the yard, I can’t support footfall here on my own! This isn’t what I want to do but I have no choice love don’t pay the bills.
