We are currently looking for a hardworking individual who has a passion for flowers and providing excellent customer service. An opportunity has arisen for a full time sales assistant/customer services advisor in our busy ecommerce business.
The successful applicant will need to work efficiently and accurately within deadlines as well as dealing with customer queries to ensure excellent service at all times. With great communication skills and a strong work ethic, they will be conscientious with a high level of accuracy and keen attention to detail. It is essential that they are computer literate with experience using Excel and Microsoft office packages.
Hours of work will be 9.30am - 5pm Mon-Fri. Competitive rate of pay.
