Thank you all for your good wishes & lovely comments today, Im feeling a little emotional! My remaining stock of Genie bags ( a good selection) are now available from The Clothes Shop Todwick in Greenscene Garden Centre. Julia & Fi are so looking forward to re-opening when restrictions are lifted, hopefully on the 12th April and are busy getting ready to welcome back their customers. Fantastic range of clothing, accessories, jewellery & gifts. A real destination venue, fabulous food & drinks on site too at Greenbean bistro.

New beginnings,! I'm sad to announce that I will not be making any more Genie bags for the foreseeable future. We have sold our house, husband retired and we are hoping to get a little place abroad. Until restrictions are lifted and we can travel safely we will be staying in Whitby.

It's a strange but natural ending, no fairs or events for months and sadly my leather supplier has had to close his business due to the Covid situation.

Making my bags has been brilliant and I will really miss sewing them, so much so that I can't imagine myself not making them!

Most of all I will miss you, my lovely loyal customers & friends. Thank you all so much! I feel very lucky to have have met so many amazing, likeminded people over the last few years! Lots of love, Genie xx
