Part-Time Admin & Customer Service Assistant Wanted – Worthing

Tech Lab Repair Specialist is looking for a reliable, organised, and tech-savvy person to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys technology, customer service, online enquiries, stock management, and helping with online product sales.

Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Company: Tech Lab – Repair Specialist
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12pm to 5pm
Hours per week: 25 hours to start, with potential to increase
Start: As soon as possible

The role includes:

Managing customer enquiries online, by phone, email, and in-store
Entering and updating customer, repair, and product information
Managing stock in the shop and online
Listing and updating products on our website and online selling platforms
Supporting online sales by updating product details, prices, photos, and stock availability
Packaging and posting online orders
Assisting customers with repair enquiries
Explaining the repair process clearly
Upselling accessories, products, and services where suitable
Helping maintain organised shop displays and stock areas
Supporting customer reviews and online communication
General admin and day-to-day shop tasks

We are looking for someone who has:

A genuine passion for technology
Good knowledge of smart devices will be a great benefit.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
Confidence dealing with customers professionally
Good attention to detail
A reliable and organised attitude
Previous experience in a phone shop, repair shop, tech retail, customer service, admin, or e-commerce role is preferred

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person, with potential to increase hours as the role develops.
