One week to go!!
By Wednesday next week, you will be able to see these beautiful ceramic light fittings for yourself.

The collection is designed and made in Aey Aspin’s garden studio at home in West Sussex. Each piece has been handmade in small batches, using an industrial technique called slip casting. Each piece is cast with layers of both natural and coloured porcelain slip giving clean lines and bold colours. The individual pieces are carefully hand-finished, glazed inside and polished to give a soft tactile feel.   
This launch is for an exciting new lighting range in Aey’s signature colours and style. Perfect accompaniment to her pastel tableware.

16th September - 4th October 2026.

Our opening evening will be on Friday 18th September 5.30-8pm.

An exhibition of ceramic tableware made by Aeyglom Ceramics.

On this date FOUR YEARS AGO we got the keys and started the process of turning a neglected shop front into First & Last.
It took just under two months to update electrics, plaster, paint, fit and create our little space which opened on 6th October.
August 2022 was hot and sunny (a bit like this year!) ☀️and we made daily progress to create what is hopefully and inviting, open space filled with art and design you love.

Thank you to all who brought their expertise and helping hands. Strange to look back at these photos after four years. We’ve met so many amazing people, some I see weekly, and also some amazing dogs! 🐕

You can view through the window on Friday as we won’t be here as we usually are.
The exhibition runs until 28th June.

Some pieces have sold, some have gone their new home, but a few are still available.

See them in our webshop if you can’t make it to Worthing but these cases are very much worth seeing IRL. Especially with their flowers.
