6 days until our Brother Sewing Craft UK and Ireland open day on Friday 28th….so time to for us to put together some prizes and goody bags!

Most importantly, there will be unbeatable prices and offers on Brother sewing machines, overlockers and ScanNCut.

In addition, anyone who makes a purchase on Friday can put their name in a free draw to win this fabulous Prym 🇪🇺 | Happiness is handmade. sewing set. The winner will be picked at random at 4.30pm.

There will also be goody bags for anyone who makes a purchase of £10 or over on Friday, while stocks last - so first come, first served.

What a lovely workshop The Cotswold Book Room last night!

From bats to birthday cakes, bunting to balloons, everyone spent a relaxing evening hand stitching their felt birthday crowns for the special people in their lives.

They were thrilled to also take home a copy of the brand new book from Nick Sharratt and Pippa Goodhart ‘You Choose - Party time’……hot off the press! The series is a firm favourite of a lot of The Cotswold Book Room customers!

And Nicola was delighted to get a message today from Nick Sharratt himself! 😊

Our new machines are here - including the air-threading Airflow3000 overlocker - and ScanNCut to elevate your crafting game!

They will all be ready for you to try and buy next Friday 28th August, when we will have a Brother expert on hand to advise and demonstrate.

A super simple, super sweet activity today! First a trip to Wotton’s incredible bead shop ‘Tanzee Designs to pick some gorgeous ceramic beads.

Then home with 2 ‘Joe’s Toes’ 100% wool felt circles and waxed thread from our shop.

The circles are pre punched with holes around the edge for easy threading. They are also perfect as bag bases to crochet, knit or sew onto.

These little bowls are going to be perfect places to store pins, needles and your haberdashery bits and bobs!

Plant perfection Frog Lane Flower Farm open today only for The National Garden Scheme .

They are open until 4pm in North Nibley, with lots of free parking on site and delicious homemade cakes and teas.

All in aid of fabulous charities and utterly inspirational.

It was a feast for the eyes and a glorious way to spend a couple of hours.
