We are coming to the end of the asparagus season, so now’s the time to enjoy it at its very best! 🌱

Treat yourself to our homegrown, freshly picked asparagus while you still can — it doesn’t get much fresher than this. Stocks are limited now, so to avoid missing out, give us a call on 01829 270302 and we will let you know what’s available.

🌿Don’t Forget to Feed Your Containers & Hanging Baskets!🌿

Keep your summer displays bursting with colour by giving your plants the nutrients they need to thrive;

🪴 Start feeding in spring (April) when fresh growth begins
🌼 Feed every 1–2 weeks (April–September) for strong flowering and healthy foliage
💧 Always water first — never apply feed to dry compost
☀️ In hot weather, plants may need more frequent watering and feeding
🌱 For easy care, use a slow-release fertiliser in early spring for steady nutrition all season long
🍂 As autumn arrives (September–October), reduce or stop feeding as growth naturally slows

A little regular feeding goes a long way to keeping your baskets and containers looking full, vibrant, and beautiful all season long 🌿

It’s that time of year when we start getting lots of enquiries about our Pick Your Own 🍓🌿

We normally open around mid-June, however the exact opening date is always very weather dependent and difficult to predict this far ahead ☀️🌧️

Sunshine helps the fruit ripen more quickly, while cooler, wetter weather can slow things down a little — so at the moment we are unable to confirm an exact opening date just yet.

We will keep everyone updated on our social media pages as soon as we know more. When we do open there is no need to book ahead. Thank you for your patience and understanding 😊
