We need you! As a thriving bicycle retailer/workshop we're looking for a dedicated full-time bike builder to join our team!
If you have a passion for all things two-wheeled and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.
This is a crucial role within our business, with a significant focus on the assembly of new bicycles to be shipped to customers.
The Role Will Involve:
• Building a high volume of new bikes from the box, ensuring they are assembled to the highest standards.
• Carrying out routine servicing and repairs on a wide range of bikes,
• Dealing with and managing warranty claims, including communication with customers and suppliers.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Has previous experience as a bicycle mechanic or working in a workshop environment.
• Is proficient in building bikes from boxed to a high standard.
• Holds a relevant qualification, such as a Cytech certification (Level 2 or 3). While this is desirable, it isn't crucial as full training will be provided.
• Is a reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Has excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
