Day 0 - About to start work on a 1920s German jazzophon. It’s a stunning instrument with a few visible battle scars which hopefully will not affect its playability when it’s rebuilt. It currently has 3 stuck valves. All slides are stuck fast, 2 knackered water keys and a wobbly wahwah lever.
