📢 NJC Pay Award 2025/26 – Reluctantly Accepted
An important update for all GMB members at Wrexham Local Authority

🟠 Key Headlines:

✅ A 3.2% increase has been applied to all NJC pay spine points effective from 1 April 2025
💷 Back pay will be issued where applicable (including to eligible former employees upon request)
🚫 SCP2 will be permanently removed from 1 April 2026

"While this offer falls short of inflation, it was the best achievable outcome through national negotiation and brings immediate financial relief to our members"
