One Call Your Call started in January 2015. The owner, David Darby owned a number of different businesses and occasionally would have to divert his business lines to his mobile as he was expecting important calls from potential clients and unfortunately was unable to be in the office as much as he would have liked to have been. Dave was fed up of clients calling him when he was shopping or picking
his son up from school as he realised how unprofessional it sounded to the potential client. He decided to open his own telephone answering service and spent thousands of pounds on state of the art technology so the staff answering the phones could see the relevant information and handle the call the way Dave wanted. Dave decided he wanted to help other small companies like his own and this is how Once Call Your Call started. He decided to advertise and promote the service, he wanted to keep it cheap so small companies were able to afford the service but also made sure it was still professional and the calls were handled the way the client requested.
12 months on and we now have a number of different types of companies on our books from Estate Agents to Dentists. Some clients like us to just take messages where as others like us to book appointments for them using their shared diaries, it is a customized service for every client.
