NEW HOMES COMING TO WYTHENSHAWE 🚨

Brotherton House, a former office building, will be transformed into 216 new homes, including:

🏢 An extra care apartment building with 109 homes for people in later life and those living with dementia

🏠 81 apartments and 25 two-and four-bedroom townhouses

🌳Landscaped gardens and green spaces to encourage local wildlife

What should the future outdoor spaces at Civic look like? We asked the experts… the local school children! 🌳🎨

We teamed up with Bricklands to host a LEGO workshop for pupils at St Anthony’s Primary School and Haveley Hey, inviting them to build their vision for the former market square.

Their ideas were full of creativity, featuring water fountains, skate parks, basketball courts, football pitches, play areas, food stalls, spring gardens, and lots of trees and flowers.

Some of the more ambitious designs included a water park, an animal park, and even a drive-through Nando’s! 🌊🐾🍗
