💙 Please do give us a call if you are making a special trip, if you have a large amount you'd like to donate, or you'd like to check if we accept certain items on 01454 315 433

🚁 Please remember that we are only able to accept items in a good, clean, saleable condition.
Any used underwear, swimwear, pjs, and bobbly clothes & shoes can go in one of the green recycling bins across our region (there are 3 at the entrance to Yate Shopping Centre Tesco car park).

We're open Mon - Sat 9 - 5pm 🛍️

💚 Due to the high level of donations we have received this week, we will be unable to accept anymore until Saturday 29th August at the earliest, as we are at maximum capacity.

Tune in to BBC Two or iPlayer NOW for the first episode of and you might just spot the orange of our crew at Southmead. 📺

Our crew regularly brings patients into the hospital and hand them over to their NHS colleagues, as you'll see in this series following real patients and the teams caring for them in the Emergency Department. 🧡

Keep an eye out for our orange flight suits and maybe even our green and blue helicopter!

Ever wondered what it takes to be an air ambulance Pilot? 🤔🚁

Our Pilots must have a minimum of 2,000 hours flying experience, hold a Commercial or Air Transport Pilot’s Licence (Helicopter), an Instrument Rating, Class 1 Medical, EC135 type rating and be specifically trained and checked for Helicopter Emergency Medical Service operations.

It's a highly skilled role, with our Pilots responsible for safely getting our Critical Care Team to those who need them, often landing in challenging locations and conditions. 🚁
