As promised the large quilt kit 75”x85” is available for you to purchase. All the fabrics for the quilt top and the binding. We have used ‘Pop’ design plain fabrics from Dashwood studios. A high quality patchwork 100% cotton fabric, beautiful to work with.
See the photos below as you won’t be disappointed. The sample is in the making ready for Festival of quilts but if you want to jump the gun. It is about to be added to our website £150 inc. free postage. The Elizabeth Hartman pattern book is also included. Don’t forget PayPal often offers 3 interest free payments.
We will also include a 20% off voucher should you use our long arm quilting service (edge to edge)once you have completed your project. Whooooooo!

Beautiful day up here on Dartmoor. We have had some lovely visitors, Garden Cabin Crafts from Somerset for one - lovely to see you all.
Don’t forget we are open again tomorrow 10- 3 , before we prepare to tootle off to Spalding for the Quilt and Sewing Show at Springfields- don’t forget there’s an outlet centre just around the corner for extra retail therapy!

A ‘show & tell’ 😂

Thank you to all visitors this past weekend at the Malvern Quilt Show, the weather was a little unpredictable but held off for the most time which allowed for more perusing of beautiful competition quilts and goodies to buy.

The dates we will be opening up at Princetown in between shows for all customers and friends to visit for the rest of the year.

We are opening up this Thursday and Friday 7/8th May 2026 @ our unit Duchy Square Centre , Tavistock Road, Princetown. PL20 6QE. 10am-3pm.

Come and see what’s new to our extensive range of Dressmaking ,Patchwork, patterns & Fabrics, before we tootle off to our next show at The three counties showground in Malvern next week.

Plenty of Linens, Viscose, Cotton lawns, Wool, Boucle and denims to get those creative fingers working . Lots of samples for you to look at for inspiration and even try on.

Dressmaking patterns from across the globe, Tessuti, Style Arc, Merchant and mills, Sew House Seven the list is endless.

Come early to buy the delicious sourdough warm loafs and buns on offer from the Happy Belly Bakery across the hall, open both days until 3pm or when sold out.

See our local artist Shane Honey at work in her studio Friday afternoon.

Make a morning or day of it - have a warm brew at either the Fox Tor cafe or the Old Police Station Cafe or a chilled glass of something at the plume of feathers - we look forward to seeing you soon.

Good morning all!!!

We are in the process of moving business premises, so, if we are a little slow in returning call, orders or emails please forgive us and we will get to you asap.

Didn’t realise we had soooooo much stuff 😂😂😂😂😂 very stressy but I’m sure it will all be worth it in the end. We will be warm through the winter rather than being wrapped in 3 layers and a bobble hat and calling it a day at 3 pm because we are so cold. Yah!
