Morning all !
Samsung is making repairs difficult ! the same phone has multiple variants and incompatible parts ( purely accidental obviously ) 😇
Anyway often the info is INSIDE the phone and i can’t get in a broken phone ( often ) So a suggestion please !
When you get a samsung take a photo of the little sticker in the back before you bin it and message me in facebook messenger !
Orrr go to settings about phone and screen shot the info !
If you never need me fine if you do message again and i’ll have the info i need to quote 😎

Subject for discussion !
Multiple ambulances on standby at portsmouth harbour ! sitting waiting for hours ! Rnli delivering 160 invaders !
Meanwhile how many portsmouth ambulance calls were fatally delayed, not responded to at all and how many emergencies became fatalities ?
Guess we might not see those stats 😇🙈
First invasion since Tudor times ( i believe ) facilitated by RNLI
and Andy Burnham/Labour.

So i was away for my annual long weekend and came back tuesday and Wednesday to postage problems !
Coincidence obviously but tricky timing when your playing catch up 🙈

So if you could be patient that’d be grand 🙂
i’m totally unable to fix your device until parts arrive 🙈
Mainly affecting none apple repairs Btw.

GOOD MORNING
So change of operating procedure @ Face it
All repairs that can’t be done literally “ while you wait” will be booked in on a 3 to five day basis !

Mostly this will be samsung pixel ipads etc

The reason for this change is this scenario :-

Samsung came in for screen repair, still functional for now so customer wanted me to order the part and return the device once it arrived !
Part arrived, phone arrived, new screen not up to standard, i call customer to explain and say i’ve ordered a replacement and am met with veiled anger because i obviously did on purpose 🙈
and i then am required to put back old screen and refund! phone out of owners possession 6 hours 🙈

same things occasionally happen with post delays,
News flash i’m
not Royal mail !

So as i’m working on my health, stress etc post h/a
i’ve decided all repairs not able to be done “ while the customer waits” will be booked in 3 to 5 days !

You may get a call 1 hour 24 hour 48 hours later BUT that’s how i’m proceeding for my health sanity and stress levels 🙂 and because ….. i’m self employed !!!!

If these terms don’t work for you i’m sorry … but gotta be done !

hope you understand even if ya don’t like it !
ps. i repeat 95% repairs will be done in EXACTLY the same timescale as before BUT the stress from the other 5% will be ( for me ) dramatically reduced 😎

Remember the 22 billion black hole ? repeated endlessly !
Well Labour added £186 billion to the national debt that your grandchildren will have to pay the interest on !
